Dr. Snehal Patel is board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Internal Medicine. He completed medical school at Gujarat University in India, his residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, and his fellowship in Advanced Heart Failure and Heart Transplantation at the University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Patel also completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular Medicine with Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, as well as another fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been a private practice physician with Bay Area Heart since July of 2015.
