Echocardiogram (Heart Ultrasound)
An echocardiogram is a non-invasive test that uses sound waves to create images of your heart. It helps us evaluate:
- Heart structure and function
- Valve performance
- Ejection fraction (how well your heart pumps)
- Fluid around the heart
This test is key in diagnosing conditions like heart failure, valve disorders, and more.
Vascular Ultrasound
We use advanced ultrasound techniques to assess the arteries and veins throughout your body. These include:
- Carotid ultrasound to check for plaque or blockages in the neck arteries that supply the brain.
- Renal artery ultrasound to evaluate blood flow to the kidneys.
- Lower extremity arterial studies to detect Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD).
- Venous ultrasound for identifying varicose veins, venous insufficiency, or blood clots (DVT).
